If at any time you have problems with your shaving products, simply contact Customer Service here. Proof of defect or malfunction may be required.

Question: What type of payment does LuckyTigerShaving.com accept?

Answer: We currently only accept credit card payment online with the following major credit cards: MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover.


Question: Why is my credit card not working?

Answer: Unfortunately, when credit cards are not accepted by our system online, it's an automatic filter in place by our payment portal. If the credit card continues to not be accepted, we suggest trying a different card to see if you'll be able to move forward without getting the same error message. If your cards are still not accepted by our system, we suggest contacting your credit card’s bank to determine what the problem may be. IF YOU ARE USING FIREFOX, PLEASE TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER.


Question: How will I be notified if my order goes through?

Answer: Once an order has been successfully placed, we will automatically send an email confirmation regarding your order. Please be sure to enter in your email address without any errors to ensure this email arrives. Please check your SPAM box if you have not received your order confirmation email.


Question: When will I be charged for my order?

Answer: Once your order has been shipped and fulfilled, your credit card will be charged.


Question: When will my order be shipped?

Answer: Most orders are fulfilled within 4 business days. Orders should arrive within 5-8 business days once your order has shipped. You'll receive an additional email letting you know your package is on its way. Please note budget shipments to Canada may take up to 15 business days to arrive after it is shipped by us.

Answer: Free shipping on orders $20 and over is available to those shipping within the USA. No coupon code is required to redeem this offer. Orders must be $20 and over before tax and shipping costs are applied. FOR CANADA, all orders $40USD and over ship for FREE! Please note budget shipments to Canada may take up to 15 business days to arrive after it is shipped by us. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may apply in Canada.


Question: Will I still get free shipping if the initial amount of my order before a coupon use is over $20 or $40USD (Canada)?

Answer: No, your order will qualify for free shipping if the order amount is $20 or over after coupon use, not including tax or shipping costs. FOR CANADA, $40USD or over after coupon use, not including shipping costs. Please note budget shipments to Canada may take up to 15 business days to arrive after it is shipped by us. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may apply in Canada.

How do I know the cost of shipping for my exact order?

Answer: If you'd like to know the cost of shipping for your particular order, you may get an instant shipping quote on our web site in Step 3 of our checkout process. Answer: Unfortunately, we do not ship products outside of the United States or Canada. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have an address within the United States or Canada that you could ship to, you most definitely would be able to order our products that way.

Question: What are your shipping rates to Canada?

Answer: All orders up to $39.99USD now ship for a flat rate of $9.99USD. And.. all orders $40.00USD and over ship for FREE! Question: I live in Canada, but would like to ship to a U.S. address. Can I do this?

Answer: We do ship products to Canada, so you most definitely are able to purchase products from our web site. It's up to you whether you'd like to ship to your Canada or USA address. We have had Canadian customers in the past ship to their USA address with success. Please note budget shipments to Canada may take up to 15 business days to arrive after it is shipped by us.
